As as an artist and small business owner, I strive to provide my customers with high-quality artwork and a great shopping experience. I understand that occasionally, circumstances may arise that lead you to consider a return. My goal is to make the return process as straightforward and convenient as possible. Please read the return policy below for more information and feel free to reach out to brittneynortonart@gmail.com for any additional questions:
1. Returns for Non-Damaged Artwork: If you're not completely satisfied with your artwork purchase, you may return it within 60 days of the original purchase date for a full refund. No reasons are required for returns, but your feedback is valuable to me so I can continue to improve my customers' experience! To initiate a return, please email me at brittneynortonart@gmail.com.
2. Damaged Artwork: I try to ship each piece as well-packaged as possible but unfortunately due to circumstances out of my control, packages can occasionally arrive damaged. If your artwork arrives damaged, I will gladly replace it for you. To expedite the replacement process, please provide me with photos of the damaged artwork and its packaging. I will then send you a replacement at no additional cost. Damaged items will not need to be returned.
3. International Orders: International orders are not eligible for returns. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please contact me for assistance so I can do what I can to make it right!
4. Custom-Made Artwork: Please note that custom-made artwork is not eligible for returns unless it arrives damaged. We do not offer returns for personalized pieces.
5. Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned artwork, we will process your refund within 2-3 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
6. Return Conditions: Returned artwork must be in its original condition and packaging, free from damage or alterations. Returns that do not meet these criteria may be subject to a restocking fee or denial of the return request.
